This 30-minute trauma-informed yoga recording offers a gentle, non-standing practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and the present moment.
Through mindful movement and accessible poses, you'll be invited to explore ease, choice, and self-compassion at your own pace. Whether you're navigating a season of transition, feeling disconnected, or simply looking for a gentle way to get moving, this practice creates space to slow down, ground yourself, and find steadiness within change.
